Curb Service

I am so excited to announce the launch of our mobile airstream boutique, Curb Service! Adelante now offers mobile shopping in a retrofitted 1976 airstream, available to rent for private parties and events.

This super cute trailer has been majorly transformed, from my husband's hunting cabin into a shoppers paradise. The airstream now features Palm Springs mod decor with fabric by Trina Turk, vintage accessories and furniture and sea grass carpeting. Step back in time and shop the latest in fashion, accessories, jewelry, vintage cowboy boots and home accessories.

I was thrilled to have Curb Service featured on the Design Sponge website (www.designspongeonline.com.) "I love the fact that so many businesses are embracing the idea of mobile shops and with an Airstream this cute, who could resist?" says Design Sponge editor.

Rent our retrofitted airstream for you very own shopping soiree or look for us setting up shop on a curb near you!

Vacation Finds!

This month I escaped from the Texas heat and went to relax on the Florida coast with my hubby and kids. While checking off the local to do's I stumbled upon the artwork of Georgia Artist, Kelley Ash. Her pieces are absolutely Adelante... so of course, I picked my favs and brought them back to Texas! I even custom ordered 4 of her "Party Bird" pieces for my family!!

Bright colors, youthful imagery, sweet little sayings, embellished with vintage fabric from the 70's atop wooden frames! All of her pieces are one of a kind. Custom your own Party Bird (choose color, name and size)at Adelante as a souvenir for your next fiesta or just to add a little fun to your white walls! Party Birds range from $70-$85.

Adelante, translates to "onward" in Spanish, so this year during the Austin Fashion Week, we are putting on the ritz to live up to our mantra! July 16th and 17th, we will be showcasing the youthful LA inspired designs of Austin's own Hazele Samson. Swing by our store, located in the 26 Doors shopping center, to meet this young talent and check out her fabulous line, People For Fresh.

The designer launch party is the evening of July 16th from 6 to 8pm. Balance appetizers from neighboring Santa Rita Cantina and enjoy delicious cocktails while paruzing this season's latest fashions. DJ will keep the music flowing as you mingle with the fashionable crowd, meet our inspiratonal designer and get inspired yourself to update your wardrobe. During the party we will be raffling off a garment by People For Fresh and an Adelante gift certificate. Our expert staff will be on hand to help you complete your look!
